What Does It Take?

You don’t need event planning experience. Most of our coordinators started with no background in this — just enthusiasm and a willingness to find a venue, set a date, and spread the word. The typical retreat runs Thursday through Sunday with 15–40 guys, at a retreat center or camp that handles meals and lodging. Our experienced coordinators are happy to walk you through the process.
