Assessing participants or potential participants needs or desires for safety practices

Greetings guys. Currently, we don't know if New York State and/or Easton Mountain will be allowing us to have the 2020 North East Men's Fall Knitting Retreat (NEMFKR). We are still hopeful, and so we'd like to make sure for this retreat and future events, that we can make the retreats as safe and satisfying as possible. We'd like to be prepared to make sure we're considering all your needs and wants for staying safe.
